Mystic Evelin provides personalized astrology readings, tarot guidance, palm analysis, and related spiritual content for entertainment and personal growth purposes. All readings are generated based on astrological principles and user-provided information.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our Service is offered through a subscription model:

• Trial Period: A 3-day trial is available for a one-time fee of $5.00 USD. During the trial, you have full access to all premium features.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel before the end of the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at $39.00 USD per month. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date.
• Billing Cycle: After the trial, you will be billed monthly on the same calendar date as your initial subscription activation.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Email us at support@mysticevelin.com with your account email address
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@mysticevelin.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
